We've had an outstanding experience with Advanced Aluminum, when they recently enclosed our back patio. It really came out great! Our patio had some issues where it is on a slight incline for pool drainage, and they did a meticulous job to make it work. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Had an extra screened door installed in my covered area to let the dogs out during storms and save some time. Advanced Aluminum is the best in the business! They did an excellent, high quality job on re-screening my screened pool enclosure. Hi Mrs. Walsh. The cleaning includes whatever you want, we can clean the Screen &/or the Frame &/or the Deck. What is included in the cleaning is up to you. If you only need the Enclosure Frame cleaned then we can clean just the frame. If you have dirty Screens we can clean those too so long as they are not to old. Old screen can be brittle & tear easily, in this case we can't clean them very aggressively. By default we will rinse your deck of the mess we make from cleaning the enclosure, if your deck is bad then we can powerwash aggressively. We charge accordingly for each service option, Screen, Frame & Deck. Prices depend on several factors like deck square footage, enclosure height, deck obstructions, furniture to be moved & level of cleaning required being the primary factors. I hope this helps. Ron
