Lobby very nice, and hotel staff very amicable as you pass by, making you feel right at home. The room I wish it was just as nice as lobby and up to standard. No..quite the contrary. First, refrigerator and room phone not working. Second, bathroom.. warm water faucet was hard to get it to turn on and it frustrated my kids and yes even myself. Bathtub extremely small and curtain.. for some reason was too small for the already small bathtub, you move it to one side and you expose one side, move it to the other, you expose the opposite side.. room I always clean before we use any room, as surfaces etc.. but floors were obviously dirty as any hotel rooms are, my kids socks ended up black when i forgot to ask them to put on their slippers. As a family that likes to go on vacations often, I truly don't recommend this hotel. The only convenience is the small distance to Disneyland but now there are shuttles to the park. . So we rather pay the same at a newer hotel, and have more amenities and walk just a little more or take a shuttle as an option than pay the same at a hotel that's older and that rather than renovation it prefers to not invest and keep the hotel the same instead of keeping up with the competition, and trying to make sure the hotel stays looking the best for their guests. Stayed weekend 7/21-7/24

This hotel is RIGHT across from Disneyland and is so convenient. I took my children and we stayed in a room with two king beds, a full bathroom, and conveniently located by the pool. Our room was very clean, with plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed. Checking into the hotel was quick, and the staff were very helpful in giving directions for parking and suggesting places to eat. There is a full bar across from check-in, and a gift shop with detergent for purchase if you end up wanting/needing to do laundry. The laundry area is right by the gym. The pool was incredibly clean and they had jazz music (ex: Frank Sinatra) playing. They also have full food/bar service at the pool, and it is an awesome family environment. My kids loved every minute. We can't wait to go back!!

The Hotel have the best location if you coming to visit the Disneyland. It have great rooms and also it take you 20 minutes max to walk to the the Disneyland. We spend 2 nights there the amenities great and service was the best. Everyone was there to make sure the customer happy. Great job. The pool was big enough to accommodate all people.

This hotel was great! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for our Disneyland vacation! Location is great, right across the street from the parks, we walked each day. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Anaheim!

Yes.
They do charge to park there. If you stay there it is about $18 per day.
Public Parking typically opens around 6AM. Once you have found a spot out front, head inside to pay the Front Desk. However, public parking may be closed due to high demand or hotel occupancy. Call the morning of to verify.
Not from the hotel. They have links to Uber or any other ride share.
No microwave no toaster just a coffee maker, and they do not have a continental breakfast very disappointed
When we stayed thers once you were in the rooms you heard nothing plus didn't really have any excess noise in the building either
I think from the pool you should be able to see them 😊
Our property is located just a short 6 minute walk from the entrance between the parks. Crossing Harbor Blvd and walking north along the Disney fence line is the quickest way in. Due to this proximity, we do not offer any shuttles to the parks.
