Pros: +Ichel at the front desk was amazingly kind, helpful, and accommodating! She smoothed out a couple of issues we had and was very professional. Employees like that make a huge difference in a hotel experience! +The family suite is a great set up It was really nice to have the bunk beds for our kids and the doors to give us some space. +Parking for free and walking distance to Disneyland was so convenient! Cons: -The rooms really need updating. There are indicators of wear and tear that make you feel a little gross. -The mattress on the pull-out bed was gross and the fitted sheet provided in the closet was a twin size and wouldn't fit.

The price is reasonable but the floor in my room was disgusting. If you walk on it barefoot you could feel it was sticky and you could see stains all over. The stains, I honestly didn't mind too much, especially because it was a kid suite but the stickiness was bad. We also have a pealing wallpaper and large holes in the carpet but it was a reasonable price. We would probably stay here again because of the price and the staff has been great.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms with fridge, and ADA room had roll in shower with shower bench and shower handle in the middle (thank you!!) vs at the wrong end of the shower. We had a convention, so great walking distance to that. Also nearby to Starbucks. Needed maintenance for the AC and they came quickly and solved the issue.

Stayed Jan 23-28, 2022 First the good: kids loved the bunk bed room and walking distance to Disney was great. Now the bad: housekeeping was subpar. Calling for housekeeping isn't an issue but when we called the results were minimal. Only one of the three beds was ever made. Getting the coffee replenished was always an issue. The room was pretty rough. It needed new carpet, the drawers of the dresser had water damage. The air conditioner panel had screw missing and it vibrates horribly. I used some cardboard to dampen the noise. Both sinks were full of black soot like material and the bathroom sink was clogged. The homeless population around this area is increasing rapidly (we're quite familiar with the Disney area) , understandably the homeless isn't the hotel's issue BUT when there's a homeless person living directly outside the entrance to the building with his excrement laying all about, now this becomes the hotel's issue. Definitely will not stay here again.

We had delicious BBQ rib tips at the GRASSLAND. It was toward the back of the Anaheim Garden Walk.
No. We had a coffee machine in our room and a vending machine on our floor. There is an I HOP across the street and a Denny's across from Disneyland.
It is within walking distance about 10-12 minutes away. We spent most of the day at Disneyland and we really didn't feel like walking back but we toughed it out. You can get on the ART and pay on board one way cash fare $4.00 adults and $1.50 for children.
No
I would think if you are old enough to have a credit card in your name that you can provide for incidentals, that's good enough
Coffee machine yes. Keurig cup machine not in my room, too costly for rooms more likely in free breakfast dining room.
Yes, our room had a bunk bed and pull out sofa along with our King bed. The kids room had their own tv to watch as well.
Tiffys around the corner by far the best
We got there early in the morning and had to wait until 3 to check in. The room was very musty and bothered our sinuses bad!
Thanks. After it's all said and done, an airbnb might be our best option. Than you for the information. Useful at another time for sure.
The room we had only had a window that cannot be opened. The location we had only had a view of the parking lot and the building next door.
Kitty corner to the hotel if you look diagonally across Harbor Boulevard is a pizza parlor a burger place a taco place Mexican food that Mexican food place I can't remember the name of it is awesome and great price and it's packed all the time and I have a nice little souvenir shop at the end too that's what you should eat each day
You can catch the ART pay on board $4.00 adult & $1.50 for children. I believe you can google Anaheim Resort Transportation and get the information needed.
