Spoke to a very rude receptionist today. Office staff is extremely unprofessional. Unreal! Stay away from this office.

Editing to add: Kayla called after hours and rectified this situation shortly after this review and ensured I was squared away. I appreciate it being taken seriously knowing my job was requiring it. She also stayed on the phone with me until I received it. I appreciate her going above and beyond after all the frustration!! Definitely leaves me feeling much more at peace that they were willing to fix the mistake ❤️ My son had a facial injury & we were required to follow up with this clinic. Waited for only about 25 minutes to get to a room. Were seen by a resident about 20 minutes after that who didn’t really do anything other than say he needed the attending to look and approve any advice. Waited for another HOUR for that attending to tell us NO new information, he never looked at the injury & didn’t even have his file or his CT scan images. He said he’d approve my leave and to fax the paperwork which we did on Tuesday. very nice doctor who did seem very knowledgeable with all that he did do for us, though. It’s now Friday and guess what? No paperwork. Called this morning at 10 am and the receptionist says “they’ll sign it but have no idea when they can get around to it.” Call back at 3:20, are on hold while they “check” for FORTY FIVE MINUTES, only for them to PROMPTLY at four o clock hang up. We call back and lo and behold, phones are shut off for the day, though the hours are until 5. This may just be a piece of paperwork for your office but you are MESSING with peoples lives and jobs and could care less. Guess we will see what happens Monday. Have no choice.

HORRIBLE. Dr. Shlieb and his staff at this office are horrible. My 3 yr old was referred here by our dental clinic. They explained there would be a wait but when the appointment was set that would be it they would give her the procedure she needs . I was ok with that they set us up in June after getting no calls as I was told I would receive. The consultation is set I am going up there and where they are located HAS NO DIRECTIONS AND IT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF BUILDING. Of where it’s said to be. Then the lady who saw us answered no questions blame shifted everything to my dental clinic saying they sent to imagining so she can’t answer any questions. In short these people are very unprofessional. My daughter still hasn’t gotten her procedure and they just called me today after setting a date of August 9th to push her back to OCTOBER. A little girl who is in pain and can hardly eat. Ok. No thank YOU!
