I am from Washington State my first appointment was supposed to be on November 1 the doctor never showed up then I had a pre-consultation appointment went great I felt like I was going to get my license then the second appointment at 3:30 and never showed up again then another appointment at 4:30 never showed up again absolutely ridiculous the representative told me that they have no idea why they did not show up and have no control over them showing up so now they keep rescheduling me and I just have to keep believing that this doctor is going to show up but you know what I don’t.
Hello There
They were professional and as long as you provide legit medical problems you will get the card. Honesty is the BEST policy!

The "doctor" I was prescribed seemed strung out himself with very suspicious behavior. Not hospitable at all. Claimed his name was "Zabenko". When questioned about how to contact me, told him I am not beside my phone much throughout business hours, so can you have who's going to contact me email me? He says, "I don't know how she's going to contact you." I just paid $180 for a 5 minute meeting that got nowhere. Some female is supposed to call me within 15 days... Very unprofessional. But what would you expect.

Had a miscommunication issue post-appointment, and they reached out to me quickly to resolve it. The overall experience with the appointment itself was quick and easy.

If we ever want cannibis fully legalized, the general public needs to understand that we are not all stoners who work part time at Guitar Center. (Nothing wrong with that btw) Punctuation would be a fantastic start to ending the stereotype.
Yes, if you're prescribed a medication for a chronic, debilitating medical condition (like migraines) and it isn't working well for you, you should def qualify.
In order to become a medical cannabis patient in Maryland, you do have to show proof of a previously diagnosed condition. The doctors at Green Health Docs accept a wide variety of things as proof of a condition. A few examples include: prescription medication bottles, diagnosis and/or medications listed on your online patient portal, hospitalization records, after visit summaries, imaging, a note from your current or previous doctor/therapist/chiropractor, etc.
Your Ptsd qualifies. Make sure you take all your prescribed meds with you and have a number where they can reach your provider. That's how I got mine. Just make sure you take the$200 fee with you. They are out to make money and will approve you for anything... Provided you have the cash.
Absolutely. I went in there to get off Vyvanse.
Yes, with proper medical documentation, such as medical records, dr notes or prescription bottles.
As long as you have medical Documentation stating that you suffer from chronic migraines.
Yes! Call or text us at 240-356-1000 and we can help you.
If you were seen one year ago by our doctors, but did not register at that time with the MMCC, you would still need to come back and see us again as a renewal and then become a patient. State law requires you be seen once every year so that is why we cannot accept the visit from a year ago.
$200 ($170 for veterans). The renewal fee is $150.
Yes, you'd definitely qualify!
If I have a letter from MMCC giving me my certification number is that considered me already registered?
Yes it does!
You can go online to GreenHealthDocs.com and do it there or call/text us at 240-356-1000 and we can help you!
Call or text us at 240-356-1000 and we will help you! Or schedule an appointment online via greenhealthdocs.com
I'm not sure if this will qualify but you can call or text 240-356-1000 and ask our team! Usually, we can find a condition to get you approved and we can even diagnose you. Worst case, if you don't qualify, we refund your full payment! NO RISK!
Once per year. The doctor visit is required every year. Call/text us at 877-242-0362 if you need to schedule an appointment or you can schedule online here: https://greenhealthdocs.com/
Yes absolutely - call or text us at 877-242-0362 or you can schedule online at greenhealthdocs.com
Wv I think signed a form in 2017 for your card in wv it came up on google
May I ask what it's in regard to?
No. In fact, it could help with minimizing your alcohol usage but you would need to come see our doctor or do a telemedicine visit in order for us to know more. Call us at 877-242-0362 and we can discuss further!
Yes!!! go to greenhealthdocs.com and you can schedule online under the location of your choice OR call us at 877-242-0362
We sell CBD products in our Frederick clinic. At the dispensaries you will be able to get all kinds of cannabis products (flower, vape pens, edibles, liquids, etc).
Yes. You would have to have medical documentation that verifies your condition :)
With medical documentation of a prior diagnosis, yes. Unfortunately, we are not a diagnosing facility, however that diagnosis does qualify.
Absolutely , you would definitely qualify! We would love to meet you here in the Frederick office, we could help you with any questions you may have about the process.
The medical cannabis card states that you are a legal cannabis patient in the state of Maryland. It does give you a solid, legal reason to be consuming cannabis but we cannot safely say that it will protect you from any legal ramifications.
Visa or MC only for the actual card, as it is an online process thru the state website.
Likely, yes. You can either walk-in to any location during the hours listed on the website or call us at 240-356-1000.
Call or text 240-356-1000 and they will help you!
You have to see the doctor every year....just once per year though. Call or text 240-356-1000 and they will help you.
have to register with the state of maryland. if your ID wont have your maryland residency on it, then you will need 2 proofs of address showing you live in the state (mmcc.maryland.gov has a list of acceptable proofs & other info!). the wait right now is about 45-50 days before receiving patient ID number.
Yes, you would pay at time of evaluation. The card fee is $50 via visa/mc only and that gets paid directly to the state
Yes it would. All you would need is medical documentation showing where you have been diagnosed with it and what exactly that you suffer from because of it.
$200 for initial visit ($170 for veterans) and then $150 each year for the annual renewal.
It is entirely up to the employer if you are allowed to consume cannabis for medical reasons. As to having the card doesn't protect you from being terminated. Some people have successfully sued for wrongful termination but others have tried and lost. I’d say it’s about 2/3 in your favor as a rough estimate. So you’d be rolling the dice a little bit. Instead, you could have an honest conversation with your employer.
Unfortunately you would need to reside in MD to become a legal patient in MD. The MMCC still has an administrative hold on all out of state potential patients.
Unfortunately no, those are not currently qualifying conditions.
If you bring in all supporting documentation and medical records showing everything you suffer from it, the doctor can make a decision at the time of your evaluation. Give us a call/text at 240-356-1000
Undoubtedly. That would qualify.
Yes, as long as you have medical records documenting the pain, or a note from your Doctor/Chiropractor, or pain medicine prescribed for the pain as proof.
If you can get someone (doctor, NP, any medical person) to diagnose you with some type of anger/anxiety disorder, THEN we can qualify you. You do need to have SOMEONE diagnose you first before coming to see us.
Yes - falls under the "other" category. In MD, any condition would qualify.
Yes.
Yes, Green Health Docs accepts minor patients accompanied by a legal guardian.
They do determine patient eligibility. Their doctors are registered with the MMCC (Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission) and confirm that you have a qualifying condition as the law states.
At this time, Maryland is not allowing out of state patients access to the Maryland program.
In order to qualify, you would need to bring some proof of your medical condition diagnosed by another medical professional. We cannot allow patient self diagnosis per state laws.
Yes u can the cbd in the marijuana will help a whole lot with that it should stimulate it not complete cure it but help
They (MMCC) recently decided to put a hold on reviewing any out of state applications. I am an out of state applicant who applied last August and was awaiting approval. Just got the following email last week: Bulletin: 2018- 002 Effective Date: February 16, 2018 Linthicum, MD (February 16, 2018) - On October 23, 2017, the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission ("'Commission'') placed a 60-day administrative hold on all out-of-state patient applications. Effective December 14, 2017, the Commission extended the administrative hold on out-of-state patient applicants until further notice. As a result of this hold, out-of-state patient applications will not be reviewed at this time, and applicants who live outside the State may not access medical cannabis at Maryland licensed dispensaries.
Thank you for replying Sherkhan. Where is the clinic you attend located, if you don't mind me asking? Still haven't been able to find a clinic!!! Will someone please give me the name and phone number of a clinic that provides methadone or sub maintenance that doesn't punish clients for cannabis use?
No they only do the doc visits and card registration. U have to go to one of the dispensaries in MD to actually get any.
I do not know but great group of doctors very helpful thanks Green Health docs for helping me get off some of me meds.
