I just moved here. Honestly, for the cost, I don't think you could ask for much else. Brad is a wonderful manager. Antonio and George are very nice and take care of maintenance right away. I was afraid of renting in Frederick due to the cost, but I feel so happy and at home here. I think the studio I selected is a great choice for me, and the attic space is a real plus! Edit: I wrote this review when I first moved in and I would like to add to it. This has been a difficult year for me. Being able to live here with a manager like Brad has been VERY much a blessing. My neighbors are incredibly kind and caring people. Here at Cedar Crossing, we are not another complex. This is a real community where people help each other. A few months back I had a heat issue in January. Maintenance was out same day helping me fix it. I have never lived somewhere with such great people. If I could give this community 100 stars, I would.

I've lived here for 4 months now and I really like it. Quiet community, plenty of parking, laundry room, attic storage, option for an apartment washer and dryer hookup, management is extremely helpful, and much more. Frederick is extremely expensive, but these apartments are very affordable.

I really miss living at Cedar Crossing... Good, quiet and friendly neighbors. Wonderful, respectful and helpful staff and an overall peaceful community. if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I'm not sure if the rental office guy has any vacancies right now but usually you can get your name put on a waiting list and it really doesn't take long for one to open up. He normally gets ahold of the person who is at the top of the list when he knows that one will be opening up to see if the person is still interested in moving in. I believe that the rent for a one bedroom is around $850/875 a month
I live here. I am not management. However, I believe there is a very long wait list. You may want to visit their website for more information
When my mom lived there it was $800
They are very quiet. My neighbors are wonderful. The apartments were built in 1986.
Go to the rental office around 1pm when Brad comes in. He manages another property. But request an application and he'll let you know what's needed and when a unit should be available so you can go the list
There are a limited number of two bedroom units here. It is mostly studios or one bedroom.
I believe that the one bedroom apartment is $860
