I been trying to contact the property by phone because I was really interested in moving there, but they never answer. When someone did answer the phone, I asked if I need to make an appointment to discuss leasing options and their answer was "I don't know", and when I asked where the office was they were not able to tell me.

Residents from Avalon get caught almost daily dumping trash in the dumpsters and trash cans of adjacent communities. Property management needs to provide better trash service for their residents.

I've been living here for 4 years and Scarlet and the maintenance staff have been nothing but nice and professional. Anytime my unit , which doesn’t happen often, needs any repairs they come right away.

I am having a terrible time getting in touch with anyone affiliated with Overlook at Avalon! I emailed a week ago about listings coming up in October and have heard nothing! I called and finally got a hold of a lady in the office and asked her about listings in October and she said she did not have the info in front of her, but would get back to me in an hour but never heard from her again and that was 4 days ago! DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE AT ALL???
