I love shopping here with the Albertsons app. The rewards program is great. I love using the coupons and sales to get better prices on items I want for that day. The store is always adequately clean and signs are very helpful is locating where everything is. The employee are always willing to help out when needed.

The staff of the Desert Inn / McCloud Albertsons were very courteous and helpful ! The product was neatly placed and organized. As always the Albertsons Bakery products were fresh and tasty! This Albertsons is what I call a mid- Albertsons where it's not like the newer larger Albertsons but not like the original '70s Albertsons in size ...easy to find the product!

Everything is good at the most of the time. Then they always shorten me on the pieces of fried chicken or baked. Can't call and complain immediately because no one answers the phone. Then if you show up how can I prove to the Deli person that the order was a piece or two short?

First off this store is very beautiful. One of the better looking Albertsons I’ve ever seen. But that was quickly tarnished due to the ugly attitude of the older blonde cashier Bonnie. As she was checking me out I noticed some of my digital coupons didn’t apply. She was quick to huff and puff and say that I put in the wrong number and now we have to start all over again. She was visibly upset over something so simple of having to rescan all 8 items. After encountering her intimidating attitude, I’m just not sure I’m gonna feel comfortable ever shopping here again.
