So here is the deal: My partner and I booked this online about a month prior to staying. We were trying to save here since this was the shortest part of our trip and we did not anticipate being in the room much. That was a huge mistake. 😳 Please do not book here unless it is your absolute last resort. We walked in at booking and immediately were hit with the smell of mildew. The front desk staff was nice at check in but we were unfortunately charged an additional $20 per night. The walk up to the room was pretty dirty, but mostly cosmetic. We got to the room and it wasn't the worst thing we'd ever seen, so we decided to leave our stuff and meet up with our friend. Another mistake. We got in late that night and immediately went to bed. We both woke up sick and congested. There was no visible mold in our room, but after remembering the initial smell walking in and reading some reviews, I am certain the hotel must be infested with mold. I could go on about the unprofessional state of the hotel and disregard for the property by management, but ultimately would urge those considering a stay to spend an extra $50 a night and save your health. Ultimately the front desk worker told us that they were actually maintenence and working the front desk because they had to. That worker also disclosed to us that though they had worked there a short time, they had never seen management and also had recently been breaking out in hives. We are supposed to be receiving a full refund and are happy that that went smoothly, but feel strongly this place needs to be shut down and given a thorough face-lift.

This place is absolutely disgusting! First off when we got here someone was in our room that we had reserved. Then waited 2 hours for them to clean the room sink is broke ceiling has water damage. They had no towels the pool is way smaller then what they make it in the pictures the side door was open for anyone to come in a bike in the pool area and toys idk if it’s from the residents here or what but that’s nasty nobody wants you’re kids toys laying around that they touch with there hands baby’s running around in the lobby in diapers nothing else on. Work out room was NASTY!! Ashes on the floor had a nasty smell. People were out in the parking lot grilling and drinking like it was their own front yard of this hotel was inspected by the right person this place would definitely be shut down. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL UNLESS YOURE DIRTY.
