Let me start off and say..... they have great customer service! The older gentlemen at the front desk held a friendly conversation with me during the check-in process, the lady in the breakfast area was nice, one of the maids spoke to me while walking to my room. Upon walking in my room it smelled really fresh and cleaned.... pulled back the sheets and it was great to see that this hotel uses mattress protectors that covers the whole mattress. Now the room need just a little updating especially the tub but other than that I slept like a baby and felt comfortable in the room. This will be my hotel of choice when I have to do a layover in Lakeland....

Stayed here for a work event. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Very big tv in my room. Enjoyed my stay

Shane I am sure at this time rooms in the Lakeland area are going to be near impossible to find. If you're familiar with the secondary roads in the area avoid at all hazards stay away from the interstate system. Best to look at small mom & pop motels along Hwy 301
