I stayed here for a bit I kept to myself and when it came time for me to leave I went somewhere before my checkout and came back to my personal bed mattress gone all my Security job gear all my cleaning supplies and candles gone. I asked the front desk they said only ones that got the keys are me and them and i made sure the door was locked before i left do guess what? that means someone on their end went in and stole the items. Calling cops wasnt really worth it as I would have junked the mattress and the other items were worth maybe 30 dollars. This was few years ago maybe the place has changed or new owners since

I was in a place of transition and stayed for only a few months, but met several people who have lived here long term. The price monthly was very competitive. (I would actually say much lower then the surrounding, but I personally don't know other prices, only from word of mouth.) They also have daily and weekly rates, but at a higher price point. There are fees for every little thing, so be aware for that. Maybe ask what kind of things might be a fine so you can avoid those things. I personally didn't have too many problems, but I heard from others that there were some fines that were rather severe. The customer service was amazing, and the front desk and security were always very kind. The rooms are nice, and they have pest control. There is a TV in every room with a list of channels. The bed was nice, but a little firm for my taste. The A/C worked so very well. One downside is that there is only a mini fridge and a microwave in the room for a "kitchenette" For some reason, I could not get the tile floors clean. I would sweep and swiffer every day, but still had dirty floors by the end of the day. Lol. They have laundry service for the hotel-owned items, and a laundry room for your personal items ($2.50 for washer, $2.50 for dryer, as of July 2022) I will note here that there is no room service or cleaning for the long stay guests. I can't say anything bad about this long stay motel. Several children, a few pets, many really nice people. Would highly recommend for anyone in a transition period like mine.

Don't do it....they will find anything to keep your deposit and come up with rules that are not listed on their "folio" document you sign when you check in....place is run down and older property. They call standing outside your rooms door loitering when the state's legal definition of loitering is totally different. Definitely not worth it....consider another property If you do stay here check the sheets, remove them and check the beds. If you find any stains on the sheets or bed complain right away or else you will lose your deposit. Any items damaged complain in writing right away or you will be blamed for it. Check for bed bugs right away or else you will be charged for bed bug treatment and blamed for bringing them in. You've been warned - This entire statement is my personal opinion based on personal experience with this establishment
Yes they rent out monthly & it's cheaper than if you where to pay weekly
Don't fully quite understand your question, but if you have been put on our DNR (Do Not Rent) list, it applies to both properties. You can also call the office and ask our associates at the front desk.
Please call 863 683 0477 and someone will be happy to answer all of your questions.
I know they have 2 bedrooms. If any is available im not sure
Unsure of weekly rates now that it is peak season. Recently a friend and I paid $762(ballpark figure) for us two. I stayed alone there during the hurricane and my single rate was lower. I found the rooms clean and spacious ; with microwave and fridge. Great staff/very helpful. Have stayed at America's Best uo the street, and found it not as good, and lots of roaches. Not a problem at the Paramount. Saw children getting on and off the school bus there.
Yea. Just make sure you ask them for ALL THE RULES. I only stayed one night. I paid by card. The next day morning by fiance came at 6am to pick me up for work and was told she had to leave because people couldn't be picked up until after 8am. NOT IN ANY PAPERWORK I SIGNED! And then a $25 charge showed up from them separate from my stay. When I called they told me I was outside smoking a cigarette and that was a fine for LOITERING!!!!! I've never heard of anything like that. The room was big and nice. The view amazing but the rules are really weird and not posted or written anywhere!
In response to Willie's answer, a deposit is required at check in the event that any type of personal property belonging to the hotel provided to the guest is damaged or missing at the time of check out. If you do not return our personal items in the same condition that we provided them to you and return them to us damaged or badly stained, we recover the cost of these damaged items at the time of check out (through the deposit). Again, if we provide sheets that are not stained and you return them with heavy stains that will not wash out, we will discard the stained sheets and use the deposit to cover the cost of the sheets. We have a log of over several hundred receipts dating about 6 months back detailing all the deposits we have returned when the guestroom and all of our property has been returned to us in good condition.
