After staying here on such a lengthy stay I had several unpleasant experiences that led me to decide that Marriot will be last on my list for hotel bookings in the future. There were several rude receptionists at this location, who spend large amounts of their time on their cellphones while deliberately ignoring guests. Isadora in particular was extremely lousy. She'd be laying over the reception desk majority of the time and would be on her phone so focused that she wouldn't even take the time to acknowledge me directly when I'd be there needing of her assistance. This happened several times while I was there. While asking for change for the laundry facility and while asking for a few complimentary items to accommodate my stay. Next complaint would be for the extremely gross housekeeping jobs they do. I numerous times had them come in and not change my bedding but simply make the bed with the same bedding. Honestly very gross to me. I had to complain in order for them to actually come and change the bedding. Not only that but they also would do a very miniscule wipe down in my room not an actual cleaning or even bathroom cleaning. My toilet would literally only get a clean ever 2-3 weeks! On the 10th of September, I had an employee legitimately barge into my room, and then tell me that I needed to check out within 30 mins! After having been there for 3 months! When I called the front desk I had Isadora threaten me and treat me as though I haven't been a paying customer for 3 months straight. There was misunderstanding and discrepancy with the company who is paying for my stay here while I'm there to work. Which leads to my last complaint is the way the management has handled my complaints, little to no regard for customer satisfaction whatsoever. I addressed Brittney about this most recent issue and all she said is that they don't have time to notify everyone when they're stay is over. Just flat out unprofessional and disrespectful set of employees overall.

The room was great with plenty of space and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good also.. close to everything. Definitely recommend a stay.

Mercedes, Jean and Jasmine were so professional, courteous and warm. The room however had a mildrew smell musky and the sheets were filty. I had to ask the front desk for clean one to change it myself.

Townplace is in a good location and property is clean. Reason why i give this hotel two stars are as followed: 1. The whole 2nd floor smelled like weed during our 1 night stay with a baby. This is a no smoking property but apparently this is allowed both at night and during check-out. 2. Connecting door issue, you will find that the connecting door on 229 is faulty, they put the door plate wrong and the door wouldn't lock,. We had to use the screwdriver we had to fix the issue and avoid for others in next room to enter. Like I said, no reason why my baby had to smell this mess
