The medical cannabis card states that you are a legal cannabis patient in the state of Maryland. It does give you a solid, legal reason to be consuming cannabis but we cannot safely say that it will protect you from any legal ramifications.
It covers your use of cannabis as a medical need... probation and courts can not make a judgement based solely on your medical needs
