The staff at this place needs to be fired. Perhaps not all, but most of them. Unbelievably unprofessional. I noticed that many reviews disapprove of the place.

The USPS is even worse in frederick than moco. Not only does my carrier not take mail she throws it on the ground. Now they gave me a box of dead ducks. I hope everyone at the usps gets postaled
I believe that mail with sensitive information are not forwarded. You have to change your address with those institutions. It might be going to your old address.
You have to fill out another mail forwarding, or actually a change of address packet is best. Give it directly to the window clerk!! They'll process it right away. It takes 2 business days before all mail is sent to the new address.
Call any Post Office and give them your home address and they can tell you which location you should be contacting.
Everything is taking weeks longer now,I send several packages a week and all of them are marked 3 day and they take weeks
