Although I expected a poopy experience, like I previously had, it was actually quite the opposite. I was in and out quickly. The only complaint I have is I work during the day so when I tried to drop off the vehicle there was a sign saying no car drop offs after hours. Had to just be late the next day for work in order to accommodate them...

This was my very first time renting through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They were professional and courteous. I know it could be challenging but they all remained polite to every customer at all times. A special thanks to.Nick; an awesome person indeed!!!!!!

Worst car rental experience ever! Our car was totaled so our insurance booked a replacement rental with this location. We came in at 8:30 one of their representatives took two men that she was flirting with in front of us. When it was finally our turn to be booked the next representative had a list of things that he couldn’t do to help us book but had no interest in explaining the company policy or expressing interest in our emergency situation. My husband was highly upset so we decided to go to our chiropractor appointment. We called Enterprise customer service to make a complaint and BeBe (the only light in this situation) fully explained the company requirements and sympathized with our situation. She advised us to get a duplicate drivers license even though we already had a valid one on the way and she encouraged us not to allow bad customer service to deter us from doing what we need to do for our family. We went to the DMV, got a replacement license then returned to Enterprise(it’s 12p). When we returned we were literally placed in a rental car when they ask for a debit card with $50 in the drivers name. We were shocked but supplied a card. Then the rep said they can’t take the card because it doesn’t have a chip. We literally had to get out of the rental because of this after going to a chiropractor appointment and getting back braces. We had to go back inside to figure out a new hurdle that no one informed us of before time. We called our bank to see what could be done. They had so much pity on us in this situation that they gave us a credit on our business account so that we could leave (it was 2pm!) I would not suggest this place for anyone who needs accident replacement!

The staff was nice. So much so I decided to upgrade my rental when I got there. Even gave me I ride to get my car frm the mechanic. Above and beyond duty.

You will need a utility bill and your name HAS to be on the bill if you are using a debit card, and there can NOT be an overdue balance on the bill. All else is correct about having a current driver's license, $200 security deposit, fuel, and everything being charged up front with the deposit being refundable upon return of the vehicle.
Only during holiday seasons have i had to wait. Never had a problem with cars not being available.
Always call and reserve the car before you pick up. It makes the pick up experience much faster.
Its like a deposit, but when you return the car you have only pay the real price. They always do by Credit card or Debit card they always take an amount.
Lots of variables. Are you staying local? How long will you have it. Weekends are different. Just call them. Good staff down there
I paid for one week $235 they have great service and very professional people
They don't take debit cards if you don't live in Florida
