Very bad experience with Hertz Baltimore Airport. I've ordered 2020 Nissan Versa which was said available but lo and behold I've waited 1 horrible hour just to get the vehicle! You do a good job making people miss appointments do you?

If you become a Hertz Reward member they treat you like gold. You can do everything online and even skip the counter at the airport. And it's free. Plus after a few rentals you get free days. If you want really bad service go to Enterprise.

The day I picked up and the day I dropped off I heard therm saying they were not taking walk-up customers, so I would say yes.

Yes, I've done it before, and there were no extra charges. It was the same cost as returning to the same location. Create an online reservation to view the total cost.
I believe they are credit card only and I would definitely recommend making a reservation.
Take the shuttle back to the airport terminal there is a place there to get the train
you walk out a baggage claim and there are two stops one is on your far right and one's kind of on the left you have to look for the sign there's only a few walkthroughs And it's always a lot of people there waiting to go pain in the neck

well there are a few streets infront of coca cola or side streets on telegraph rd,nearby neighborhood streets where its ok to park,however you will have to walk about 1/2 mile or more back to the rental place
I did not rent that particular vehicle, so I can't tell you The color. The employees were very friendly and helpful. When we returned the vehicle, we women, had a lot of luggage, and instead of transferring us to another vehicle, he took us to the airport in that vehicle. I really appreciated that.
I believe they do, with extra insurance requirements and also extra cost.

There is a shuttle. It's takes about 15 minutes on the shuttle
