We rented a vehicle for a day and we decided we wanted it longer. We got a quote for around $400 then all the sudden it went up to $600 when we wanted a break down the staff wasn’t able to give us all the details and literally said “I don’t know” staff definitely needs to be better trained and fees need to be more be established. We ended up just giving back the rental and ubering because it would be cheaper.

My experience with Alamo at Daytona Beach Airport went smoothly. I picked up and dropped off during the weekday, so it wasn't crowded at all. During pickup, I was informed that I did not need to pay a deposit which was shocking. During drop-off, I didn’t run into any problems either. Customer service was excellent as well! I will be renting again with Alamo.

We did that. Just pull car back into same spot you picked it up in. Lock it up and take keys to counter drop paper work and keys into box on counter. They have drip boxes for all car rentals
I'm not Alamo. I'm a displeased customer of theirs. I wouldn't rent from them again, I use Enterprise now and the customer service is much better. Good luck, choose well
As long as you have enough cash in it to cover the hold they put on it.
Should be if you contact them & let them know you are going to be late.
Go on line to website & change drop off time. If pickup time was 5:00 pm no change needed. Or contact Alamo via phone & change.
At mid night and you have to pay for parking
