Yes. In the past it was kind of iffy, due to the fact that you're surrounded by solid concrete. But now wifi is working great.
Yes and a toaster. If I remember there is a blender also. If it's not in the room, they have them in the office.

127 night. This was giving to me as a gift through timeshare. When we asked the price to extend stay 127 per day was quoted. Best to confirm as there are many choices
