Horrible! All my possessions were stolen and the Clock Tower employee refused to call the police. He simply said to use my homeowners insurance which didn't cover near the amount stolen. He also wouldn't tell me the day it happened so I didn't even know what day to tell the police. He also said he wouldn't look at the cameras. This had to be an inside job don't use Clock Tower unless you want to have a similar outcome.

Facility looks very clean. Prices are a bit more then another storage yard about a mile away so if u r closer to this one it might work for u but I'm right next yo the other so I will keep my storage closet I have there. Nothing wrong I seen during my tour just not as convenient for me.

We have a 9'x10' unit and its about $165 a month including insurance. Each unit has a alarm that disarms when you type your code in at the gate and arms again when you type your code to leave. Because of the added security they have extended gate times.
THEY R A GOOD PLACE 2 RENT IF THEY DON'T HAVE IT THEY WILL CALL ANOTHER PLACE 2 FIND WHAT U NEED VERY HELPFUL I'D RECOMMEND THEM
No Brenda the trucks they have there for rent are not free. I believe there is one large and one smaller truck and they have them there for the convenience of the people who are renting spaces there. You are actually renting from the U-Haul company. It's just kind of a courtesy thing.
ACCESS HOURS are: Mon-Sun: 5am - 11pm OFFICE HOURS are: Mon-Sun: 9am - 6pm I hope this helps ;-)
