I forgot to have them apply my discount that I got in the mail but customer service was very friendly and accommodating. They had it fixed in no time. Also they have many good sized fitting rooms. This way you can be sure about what you're buying. No body rushes you or gets in your business but you can still find assistance if you need it. I prefer shopping this way.

Nice store. Could not find any clerks on the floor at all. Each department was a bit small. Frankly, I typically leave this store empty handed.

Former department manager, (2010) pretty amazing how much the store has changed. Hardly any stock, in any department. I remember cramming stuff onto the sales floor, and a a full stock room. Pretty sad when the majority of big box stores are really starting to fail. A lot of items ( in bedding and home) were in torn boxes and used items. Very interesting to watch a worker move the same shirt over ten times, as if they were so busy to answer any questions. I used to recommend this store often, but not anymore. I would suggest blocking off half of the store, making the other half an amazon brick and mortar. Only reason I go here now is to return amazon items. Online shopping has taken over people, accept it.

My first visit years ago I was extremely disappointed with this store but today I went to drop off an Amazon return and decided to pick up something I needed and was very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was which was completely opposite from the way it was before!
