Pretty good pizza. Ordered for pick up, and got the mac and cheese pizza. I thought the toppings were really good. Staff was friendly and prompt. The only thing I would change is the crust thickness. It's a bit on the thin side. Flavor of the crust is good, though!

For 2 pizzas and a salad not worth the price. PRETTY Good though I won't go back they were not wearing hair nets. BUT were wearing gloves 🤔 Yes the customer service was nice. It's nice going in a place with no cussing or bad talk. The wait wasn't bad. I think I ordered right timing. The place was clean

Where to begin...Well let's begin from the moment I arrived at Hells Kitchen. Store "manager" Mackster was extremely rude and lacked care of interest of customers when arriving. When taking our order he constantly rolled his eyes. I asked for pizzas by the slice and he replied he was not going to make anymore due to he had 10 pies to make.I understand there is a shortage on staff members so I decided to work with him with what he was capable of making. After I placed my order I noticed he grabbed a slice of pizza from the front display with his bare hands and put it in the oven. Moments later he open the oven put his entire bare hand on the slice of pizza to check the warmth of it im assuming then grabbed cheese with his bare hand and put it on the slice of pizza. I then got his attention and asked if he can come over to where I was sitting so I didn't have yo shout across his prepping area and make it appear like I was causing a scene. He hesitated at first but then eventually came over. I stated my concerns of him handling our food bare handed especially during this pandemic. He got very defensive and said he washed his hands however, at this point I wanted a refund and did not want to eat at Hells Kitchen. He raised his voice to me and restated he washed his hands and he did not have the authority to give me a refund despite being a "manager". I asked to speak to a manager and he said he is the manager I then said I need to speak to someone above you. His reply was no one is here it's the weekend and demanded me to leave. I told him I am not leaving until I get a refund I just spent $49.91. We spent five minutes going back and forth he was telling me he would call authorities, and I replied that's fine with me your the one who owes me money and is being rude and yelling at me. Bottom line this place is filthy, and unsanitary. Pizza on the floor,food handled with bare hands and horrible customer service. I do not recommend!
