The one care you don't won't to go .The doctor was fantastic .Shy left ,I am not Surprised. I have an apartment and Waiting to see my doctor and like for a month and A-day before I supposed to go there they call me to say they have to reschedule the doctor's no longer there and to later appointment uh appointment I mean the doctor probably was not even there when I make the appointment but they didn't care because how can you let a patient A-day before the appointment when they wait for a month and a 1/2 tell them that the doctor's not there when it's a matter of health issue And I'm not changing the doctor's value of one this is what's the 2nd doctor I change from memorial because the 1st 1 again was a good doctor and he left very uncaring people in the office terrible terrible office and whoever managed that office

Unprofessional, disorganized location to come for a doctors appointment. The OBGYN department is particularly worse, One of the nurses (Phyllis) told me to move they don’t know how to talk to people, very bad customer service. And the young lady (Taneisha) the security officer is very GHETTO. walk-in service are horroble.

During the almost last 6 year i had been going to this Memorial clinic , in my personal opinion every person from the staff ( nurses , and the gynecologists ) know perfectly what they are doing , and they answer all the questions that i had . I already had 4 kids , and all my appoiments , and c-sections were made by them . But I also had to say that even there are few people waiting to be called , they take too long to call each person , even you had an appoiment in a specific time , they will call you after that time , and also there are two person whom do not make me feel completly comfortable : one is a registered nurse that she is always telling about what things i should give , and do withy kids , i think that she says it for my kids's wellness , but everytime that i have to go there she tell me something , and i do not like it , and if i have to ask something to her , she does not answer my question in a good way , she only tells me : calm down , let me do my job , like ahe does not like to answer questions . I though that because she is fr the same city where i am from we were going to have a good understanding but i see that it is not like that , and the other person is a secretary that always had a serious facial expression but at the end she is fine , and kind . But anyways , I always come back here , because i had been knowing them from years ago , in general they are kind with me , with kids too , they are located close to me , they have all my medical history , and take my medical insurance .

February 5, 2018 I had an appointment at at 1:30 pm. It was going to be my first time here for the gynecologist. I asked the lady booking my appointment for a 3:00 pm time slot. She said no Doctor Chiney does not see new patients after 1:30 pm. So therefore that lying female dog made me make a request to my boss to leave work early. I left work got to 4105 Pembroke Road at 12:51 pm (thinking oh o.kay this would help those people be on time for once). I did not see the doctor Chiney until 3:28 pm and he was out my room done with me at 3:34 pm. Lets go through this. So you mean to tell me I arrived early and even when you take the early part out, my appointment was 1:30 doctor saw me way passed 1:30 pm and spent only 6 mins with me. Really? Then I filled out the complaint form made a whole complete essay on the back. I bet Jackie or someone throw that complaint away. They always want to say oh sometimes emergencies happen. Well they seem to always have one when I go to Memorial. I call -animal turd-. Plus while waiting four other ladies were ahead of me either right on time or 5 plus minutes before their appointments. I spent $ 40 on six minutes with a doctor who had the nerve to ask me if I was complaining after he asked how I was. You <Down Arm Minute Now> right I am complaining. Turd. In closing, did he almost drown in another person vagina before he made it into mine? Memorial ya'll need to do better. Time management. stop over booking. And telling people the doctor is on lunch break. Seriously if that's true why even set times for appointments when Doctors need to eat they are not robots. But there was a nice black Jamaican lady there. I seriously need to start going to all my "appointments" late and I'll still be on time for the late shenanigans.
