I came here to obtain an immigration exam. I advised I was not vaccinated with the Covid vaccine. And was told I could talk to the doctor and that if anything one dose was enough. When I met with the doctor I asked him about it and he mentioned there was no way around it and it had to be done in an extremely condescending manner. I proceeded to ask if one dose was enough as his staff mentioned over the phone that one dose was enough. The doctor ignored me so I asked again and he made a negative face and so I asked for a third time again being ignored. I proceeded to ask the doctor if he could hear me as I found it to be extremely unprofessional be ignored by a doctor. He then stated that he did hear me and that he didn’t know why I was told that but that he would double check. First of all why is a the doctor double checking? He then came back and stated maybe they were confused and were referring to the Johnson vaccine. That’s understandable why could he not explain that prior. The other staff were pleasant but my experience with the doctor was not. He did not explain anything nor did he ask me much of anything. This doctor Juan Holgin was extremely unprofessional.

The facility does not have the proper staff to verify insurance coverage, they try to charge me for services even though it was under my insurance network, terrible first impression ,I guess it would be a good place if you don’t have medical insurance, but for in network insurance covered services is better to search somewhere else with proper staffing.
