For lawn get there early to get at the front of lawn. Was there for Jack Johnson and had to sit in back of lawn. The food court is there and it was very disruptive- noise - lights - people walking around- so sorry I could not enjoy Jack! Tonight going to get there early and try again

Well I went to an extreme metal show.It was Slayers farewell tour so yeah the pit was insane but that's what my type of people are looking for.If you don't wanna be close to others and possibly bumped in some way the don't do it..get a seat.The seat views are very good.

Yes the venue is very nice. Expensive all theway around including drinks and food...that being said it is one of the nicer places to see a band around.

I had Section 303, Row C, Seats 38-39 at a recent concert. This was the last section to the rear under the roof, and the large fans were on. The bay doors were open to the lawn seating so I don't know if the a/c was on or not, but there was a good breeze from outside.

The entire venue is fairly flat. There are some stairs when you first enter the building and the some going to section 200 but not many. That section is really only about 4 - 6 feet higher than the main level.

We just attended a concert with no testing. I think most concerts will be that way; however, it could still vary by artist so I recommend checking your tickets or event details.

That is actually a really good section. I've sat there before. Yep, they are on an incline and you are indoors like Chris said. All the seating indoors seems to have really good views, I can't say there is really a bad seat in the house. The facility is really clean being newer. You will really like it.

Both questions can vary with each individual show. The pit is usually within a foot or two of the stage. Some shows have stage extensions and barriers. I would call the box office if I were u.

Hello Glenn Jhonson, I visited this venue recently and yes it is heated inside, with huge concession stands everywhere, plenty of restrooms and parking a short walk away. Have a great time!

There is a parking garage near the venue. It is a partial outdoor venue and is all open air. They have a covered seating area and a covered stage but the lawn seats are on a big hill at the very back and is not covered.

Yes, plastic 12 oz water bottles are allowed. No glass or cans. Snacks in quart size sandwich bags. The website said no purses over the size of your hand or must be clear bag no bigger than 12x12, but I saw bigger bags. Website also said no regular height lawn chairs over 9in off the ground, but people had the regular height chairs.

In this case, you need to take large "lawn supplies" back to your car before entry. Good news; A/C will be on! Chair legs must be <= 9" long.

Usually if you have the Live Nation app and go to upgrades and pick the concert, it will let you know if any upgrades are available. And they also send out emails closer to concert date to entice you to upgrade.

If you are attending outdoor concert at Texas Lottery Live you cannot bring in outside food and drink. Your bags are checked. There is no shade and concert begins at 7 so wear sunscreen, hats. You get a stamp as you go in. I left went to one of the restaurants and ate some food and came back in.

General admission doesnt have seats. Honestly it depends how much you want to spend.

It's not too far from the stage. But it's also not up front and center where you're going to have a super clear view. If you notice any pictures that were posted by me from the recent excision event those are in general admission there's only a couple rows in front of me. Anything further forward was Pit. I can't speak for an average venue especially for Slayer as I haven't been to one but, excision was very nice. Great crowd good volume, I need to know there was a lot of people there still plenty of space to move around go to concessions excetera.

I've obviously never sit in that exact seat. However, pretty much all seeds are good seats at that venue. Recently we saw Toni Braxton there. Our group or spread out all over that venue and everyone was pleased with their seats. if it's someone you really wish to see, it's definitely worth it.

But in case you want to see more than to hear there are two big displays on the sides of the stage, there you will be able to see what a cameraman wants to show you. The sound is great there on any seat. For watching you can bring binoculars. I would take 202 section.

Lawn seats are not covered, but all other seats are covered. Keep in mind if it's raining and windy, some sections of covered seating will still get wet because there is no divider between the lawn seats and the regular seats.

Part of it is. The music venue has both inside seating and a lawn area. There are restaurants outside the music hall, most of which have patio seating too.

Meeting at one of the restaurants on Las Calinas Blvd. There are several restaurants in front of the Music Factory and they all have good signage and Uber can drop you off with out paying the parking fees

I've been to 3 shows there so far, and I've photographed and videoed at each of them - with my phone. From what i understand, the general venue rules are no professional cameras with detachable lenses (unless you're press or have otherwise applicable credentials), but your everyday digital cameras should be fine. However, artists can make the decision to allow or disallow any type of recording equipment.
