What are the rules on the lawn...blankets/chairs allowed?

I saw people carrying chairs and blankets so it looks like it's allowed but I'd still verify by calling the venue. Rules sometimes change depending on the act that is playing.

I saw a lot of personal blankets and a chairs. They also rent chairs. We could smoke on the grass too.
