I've been to 3 shows there so far, and I've photographed and videoed at each of them - with my phone. From what i understand, the general venue rules are no professional cameras with detachable lenses (unless you're press or have otherwise applicable credentials), but your everyday digital cameras should be fine. However, artists can make the decision to allow or disallow any type of recording equipment.
Each show has their own rules. Like Chris rock forces you to even put your phone in locked cabinets.
Cameras with detachable lenses are NOT allowed inside or outside. Cameras without detachable lenses ARE allowed both inside and outside.
Sadly they change their rules for every concert. One night you might be able to, another night you wont. Really depends on how the manager is feeling on the day.
