Yes, also small folding lawn chairs and small umbrellas. They rent out lawn chairs too!

U can bring kids of any age, i believe most shows require children 2 and older to have tickets. Check first.

The chair has to be a certain height if I'm not mistaken. And yes, I seen a few babies (infants), and younger kids at the last event I went to there.
