Yes, plastic 12 oz water bottles are allowed. No glass or cans. Snacks in quart size sandwich bags. The website said no purses over the size of your hand or must be clear bag no bigger than 12x12, but I saw bigger bags. Website also said no regular height lawn chairs over 9in off the ground, but people had the regular height chairs.

No, and no backpacks or purses over a certain size. Basically, you can have a small clutch purse and nothing else.
