An quiet and safe community close to Bellevue downtown where you can enjoy staying with family and friends alike. The management is good and responsive. They have large apartments and are recently renovated with new pool and a gym.

The management doesn't handle reoccuring issue that prevent you from sleeping. Dog barking in neighboring apartment before I went to bed today. Just woke up to the dog barking again! This has happened numerous times since the people moved in. I have complained numerous times. Still not fixed.

Spacious rooms, lovely trees, helpful staff, prompt maintenance, feels safe. Paths and stairs dark at night (peaceful or hazard?) Pet owners beware: I paid $1200 for carpet replacement (no fleas/urine), first time in 25 years of renting with dogs. Bad advice from manager: "don't clean it, we will." My advice: clean it yourself before final inspection and DOCUMENT.

Yes we are! We are two blocks from downtown shopping including the Bellevue Collection and Bellevue Square. QFC, Trader Joes, PCC and Whole Foods are grocery stores all located within a few blocks as well!

The Park in Bellevue charges a $44 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 and a holding deposit of $300. These are the initial charges due with the application process.
