The park is quiet and pretty with big trees for shade during the Texas heat. There aren’t very many nice amenities for the monthly price to stay. The showers were rarely ever hot and they only had two, with no a/c or heat in them. Spring/summer/fall months the one shower with water that would sometimes get hot a short amount of time would be very hot or humid inside with no ventilation or air flow. The park manager was not always the friendliest and someone we would try to avoid if we saw out in the park. We lived there a year and a half and in that time they raised the price of rent twice. It is one of the only parks in the area with large amounts of shade but other than that I would look at other park options to stay with lower prices and better amenities.

Very nice and quiet RV park. We just moved in this week. It’s an adult only community and management has advised us that all residents have gone through a background check. The lots are good sized, the roads are paved, and there are a lot of amenities. The North San Gabriel River passes through the property and they allow fishing. The current monthly rent is $515.00 which is well worth it for a place like this.

RUNDOWN!! Website makes it seem great. We decided to drive thru before making reservation. Good thing. This is mostly permanent and some RVs are completely run down. Grass areas in bad shape. Close to each other. I would definitely not stay here. Their website is deceiving. It's an ugly RV park.

I've been here since April 2018. I love living here. Clean, great walking path, laundry on site. The neighbors are the best. Close to 130 and no noise.

2 miles to downtown
Call the main office and leave your name and email and phone number. The manager will contact you. We stay pretty much at 100 percent full but you never know!
Extended stays only
I just moved mine to old 1431 but it is just a piece of street. My RV is older but cute inside. I am starting a fresh new life at 58 so I am hoping to get somewhere with trees and more area.
Yes. Starts at $410/mo.
I would suggest calling the front office. I believe there may be one or two. This is a long term RV park. Very beautiful and peaceful.

Yes wifi is available. Its provided through the park and for a monthly fee. It is spotty, so if you need reliable internet, i would suggest getting it through suddenlink or a hotspot through your cell provider.
