I have nothing but great things to say about the service I received here. I have a 2022 Silverado that is the North Sky Blue Metallic. I did the 7yr ceramic coating plus glass coating add on. I love the color b4 but now it’s just amazing. The metallic really comes out now

Mike at Level Up is outstanding! I have a 2022 corvette C8 and just had them do a ceramic coat to the paint, glass and interior. It looks 100 times better than when I drove it off the lot and has a 7 year warranty. Mike provided detailed information on how to properly car for all of the surfaces moving forward. Can’t say enough about the great work!

Very happy with the work done just wished that I had had it done earlier. 2015 GMC Denali HD. I had the 7 year warrantied exterior ceramic coating package, ultimate interior detail, and glass coating. It looks better than when I bought it. Mike knows what he is doing!

Thank you Level up detailing for such an amazing job you done to my 2019 Ford Expedition. Since I purchased it a year ago I really wanted to find a shop that can give me an excellent solution of protecting the paint; I found it with Level Up Detailing and Ceramic Coating. Michael is very knowledgeable in the work he does for his customers and really took his time explaining to me how I can keep my truck looking as good as it now looks for a very long time. There isn’t any doubt in my mind where I’ll continue taking my vehicles from now on thanks a lot guys keep up the great work.

Paying close attention to all of the nooks and crannies, and taking great care not to scrub or force things clean. Steps are taken in a delicate manner to guarantee that there is little to no damage during cleaning. This applies to both the interior and exterior of the car.

What do you mean "condition"? My car is new, does it really need a Paint Correction Lexington NC or Polish?

Jonathan Peoples | Jan 26, 2022
Level Up Detailing & Ceramic Coating | Jan 26, 2022

Jonathan great question! So almost all brand new vehicles come with some level of paint defects, scratches, swirling, water mineral or bug etchings, and iron fallout contamination. The sad truth is that the auto dealer industry does not care about the paint on the vehicles they sell, using brushes and harsh chemicals to clean whole lots of vehicles quickly is just par for the course. When we paint correct a brand new vehicle we are correcting these issues along with greatly increasing the visual depth and gloss of you paint. Paint correction is also normally required for Professional Fully Warrantied Ceramic Coatings like we use to assure that the coatings have a decontaminated and even surface to bond and cure to for best results. As for our starting pricing don't sweat that about 9 out of 10 vehicles meet our standard for our starting pricing

Hello John, We typically hold vehicles over night once the coating has been applied. the vehicle is then cured which means rain and driving it is fine they just don't want you to wash the vehicle for one week until it is "fully hardened". Basically they don't want any soaps or cleaning chemicals on it during that period.

Hello Vincent, I do not claim to be a chemist but professional ceramic coatings typically contain a Sio2 based coating suspended in a solvent carrier. There are some similar characteristics and some people even refer to ceramic coatings as a "glass" coating. Though just so you are aware ceramic coatings do not crack or shatter like glass.
