Excellent helpful on site staff. Maintenance also are quick to repair any issues (usually within 12-24 hours). Very happy living here.

This is an honest appraisal of the Elements Too apartments. My adult daughter lived in a studio apartment there during the pandemic. For the most part, she enjoyed living there. The building looks nice, the apartment was reasonably comfortable and she had a nice view. There are quite a few good places to eat nearby, many within walking distance. For anybody who hasn't lived in Bellevue before, I recommend the town. It is a good place to live. However, my daughter decided to leave before the end of her lease. I took care of interacting with the building's management to arrange the early termination of the lease. While in the middle of those negotiations, the Business Manager imposed a late fee! I acknowledge that the lease agreement says a late fee is imposed on the sixth day of the month if the rent hasn't been paid by that time. However, I was focused on negotiating the lease termination. I was not focused on the current month's rent. Under the circumstances, I felt that was inappropriate. I had approached the interaction in good faith, I had every intention of paying everything that was reasonably owed, and I did in fact pay everything that was reasonably owed. Not only did I pay that month's rent, but I also paid many thousands of dollars more as a lease termination fee. I asked for the late fee to be waived. The business manager staunchly refused to waive. He blamed it on his boss, who he said would not approve such a waiver. I asked him, on three separate occasions, to give me the name of his boss. He refused. I have never dealt with anybody, in any circumstance, who refused to give me the name of their boss, particularly after attributing the policy to that unnamed individual. I find that indefensible. Bottom line, the business manager acted like an automaton, like a robot. There was no humanity, no empathy, nothing. Just cold, matter of fact, "all business." I paid everything that was owed, thousands of dollar, just four days after the monthly rental payment was due. I certainly expected that annoying late fee to be waived. Nope, no way. In my view, that was an act of bad faith. Yes, it was in the contract, but I think almost anybody in my position, in the middle of the discussion and negotiations, would reasonably have expected that late fee would be waived. Draw your own conclusions.

The apartment is good and the maintenance team is very good. However, I can see much more cons on living here: Very disappointed with the renewal offer. They don’t care about existing tenant. They provided extremely high price for renewal and a lot cheaper price for new move in. My unit has glass doors on the bedrooms, which is very disappointing if you don't live alone. You can hear every noise from the kitchen. Also, the curtains does not block outside lights. Finally, they don't clean the amenities very well. The gym is abandoned. There is a broken equipment since I moved to the building.

I'm a 5+ year resident. In this time frame I have had only positive experience with the management and property/amenities. The management team/concierge/engineering/maintenance teams are second to none. Always courteous, attentive, and with a sense of urgency to resolution in order to make the residence feel a sense of service, home and community. On the rare occasion there may be a resident or neighbor "issue" - it is handled quickly, with respect, and discretion. A highly professional team end to end that keeps me and my family from leaving.
