The apartment layout is good and is close to a lot of shops which is convenient. Maintenance service is also good. But so far did not find the leasing office very helpful. There are always issues with a lot of laundry machines not working and when you report this to the leasing office you are told you would receive a refund but the refund is never applied. Some of them are not even sympathetic and quite rude when you report something-faced this with Ben from leasing office. Unable to reach the leasing office a lot of times and have to send emails. They claim they never got the call or their office hours have changed. Please update it on your website then. Reloading laundry card is a huge pain point for me- I call several times with no response for opening the leasing office door. Did not want to move during pandemic so had to renew the lease but looks like that was a big mistake. As they hardly ever answer their phone, had to provide feedback here.

I lived in WoodLand Common for about two years. My overall experience here was pleasant. Location is great. Easy travel to everywhere. This location is within very nice and safe neighborhood. Management team is super responsive and helpful. Whenever I had maintenance request, it got resolved efficiently. Whenever I contacted them for anything, they got it sorted out very fast. I had to break lease because of some personal reasons, but management team showed their care especially for the difficulty of the covid-19 situation, they reduced my mandatory move out notice so that I could pay less for the time that I am not actually living there. I just wanted to highlight how much the management team cares about tenants and community. Just be aware that there is minimum carpet cleaning fee of $85 and cleaning fee of $99 though no matter how you clean the apartment at the move out though. Might be standard for any unit anywhere, I don't know

We stayed in Woodland Commons (WC) for 2 years and everything was great until we moved out. We had to break our lease as we were moving to a different state. Our apartment was little old and when we rented the apartment the leasing agent told us that the apartment is not renovated because the previous tenants left the apartment late and WC did not have time to replace the old carpet, cupboards, and appliances. We paid the lease breaking fee and other charges, but Woodland Commons also charged us for carpet replacement. We confronted them showing the initial pics of the apartment with the old carpet and told them it is WC responsibility to replace the carpet. They showed us a receipt (showing that they changed the carpet) and told us that we have signed the lease where it is written that it is tenants’ responsibility to replace the carpet. We did not have any other proofs so that to pay for the carpet replacement fee. But, from the pics below anyone can figure out that is not a new carpet (there are several patches). Second thing, they closed our rent café account prior to our move and now they are saying that because we are not in their new system, we will have to pay extra dollars to make the payments through a phone call. It is really sad because had such a good time with this community and it is ending with this experience.

Pretty good experience for more than 3 year of stay in the brand new section BB with new appliances. Maintenance staff was quick to resolve any issues faced. The senior Assistant Manager Paul Martinez was always helpful in resolving any problems we faced. He made sure that we got great service whenever it was needed. Our move out process was handled by him and he made sure the whole process goes smooth. Very professional and great behavior by him and few other leasing team folks !! Great place to live.
