Purchased a first-class ticket non-stop flight from LGA to DTW. Flight was canceled, and I was rebooked on a flight that was an hour and a half earlier, had a connection with a 3 hour layover, was put into economy and I would arrive 2 hours later than my original flight, and to top this all off, I was notified 4 hours before my original flight. Talked to the front desk and they stated that there wasnt anything they could do and also seperated me and my wife on both flights home.I usually fly Delta, and this experience shows why you pay the extra money for Delta. I will be flying spirit before I fly american again, because at least with spirit, you get what you pay for.

Horrible. Wait times are excessive. Flights keep getting delayed. Checkin was very complicated and not user friendly at all. We had to call their customer service and wait for hours. No help coming from any of the staff. Staff were rude and very impolite. Absolutely the worst flying experience I've ever had in my entire life.

We flew to NC thrice this year and Delta has been using these small planes lately on domestic flights so we chose AA for having more leg room since we travel with 2 toddlers. Now you can watch free movies from their app, just have to download it on any of your devices.
Probably but will not be non stop to Vancouver, probably Montreal will be an option. Best to check with aa.com
