Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with your customer service. For half a year your staff have been giving me conflicting and erroneous information and seeming to do everything they can to not refund my money. At first they said that a refund to a Russian card was not possible and I had to provide a foreign card. After I did so, they told me that I had to go to the sales office after all. I spent the whole day off, went to JFK airport to your sales office, where your employee Ebru suddenly told me that they could not make the refund and they were investigating the situation. This "investigation" has been going on for over two months and I have no idea what stage it is at or if you are going to refund me. Disaster.

Worst airline and costumer service and experience I flew with them 2 months ago and they stole or don’t know what they did with my luggage I’ve been trying to reach them every day and always says under investigation Don’t advise you to fly with it because this situation happens to a lot of my friends

If i could give zero i will This company is a scam and the customer service is so rude I’ve NEVER experienced this before Last year i called them around December because i had covid i and my son was exposed he was supposed to travel with my sister And they couldn’t give me a refund and also they give me a headache trying to use his ticket now I will never use them again and i will make sure all the people i know will not use them either Before they are very unprofessional trust me This was my first and last time !!! Big scam
