ATM is consistently broken. Understaffed tellers so you can't bank at the window. Considering moving to a different bank.

They lock the door so that customers can't use the ATM outside of the bank office hours and then they have the nerve to charge a $3.00 non chase ATM fee of their own if you use a local accesible atm machine, absolutely the worse bank in the U.S hands down.

Are there tellers on Saturday
Well I was just there yesterday at 187 and fort Washington and I was able tondonmt banking there even though it's staff espicially the ones behind the desk were extremely lazy and just looked like they didn't want to be there or even bothered by any or us. To answer your question your next bet would be to the large popular west 181 and Wadsworth location located on the corner of Wadsworth and 181. Wadsworth is the block in-between st. nick and Broadway. I must warn you that bank is always busy and more than likely you will be waiting on line regardless if your in need of atm, banker or a specialist. Please like if I was able to answer your question. We need the name of the Banker at the187 St. & Ft. Washington Ave. branch. Also, how can we reach him? I believe his name is Vlademere. We have been unable to reach him for days now.
