Flew from JFK to Charlotte in group 4. Group 3 and 4 passengers ( PRIORITY is group 1-4) are asked to check our bags while stand by guess are allowed to bring on carry ons. With no confirmed ticket. This is crazy! It has always been the later groups 5-9 are made to check bags, not priority. Imagine being loyal and seeing people who did t even have a confirmed seat get to have their carry on.

Over ten hours late to rebook on another flight. Once on flight, switched from a good seat to a horrible one. Wonderful experience!
