No you can't just come and drop something off. you probably better off getting a side company to do it
you probably need a freight forwarder. you cannot just show up and drop something off... if it is a small item, you are probably better off using UPS or FedEx... items like homd appliances can be shipped through a shipping company or a mover that specializes in shipments to haiti... i am sure brooklyn has a couple of these businesses as there is a large.population of haitian inmigrants there
