Whoever is booking the appointments here is doing a horrible job. I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago for teeth whitening. I was called 3 times to confirm the appointment, which I did (confirmed). Then today , the day of the appointment I was told that I wasn’t in the schedule, and to come back next week because they are booked.

Bad review, fooling me to come all the way, but I said that I don't accept fidelis care insurance. I called and asked for the card number of Oudi. After a long time of tossing, I came and said that I didn't accept it, and the merchant put all the responsibility on the customer service.

Before I called to inquire about whether to accept the first health insurance, a woman with a Cantonese accent answered the phone, the customer service told me that they accepted the first health insurance, and I made an appointment to go on Monday afternoon. When I got to the dental clinic in Flushing, Ren said that they couldn't actually accept insurance and government insurance. Wasting my precious time. This middle-aged lady with a Cantonese accent, just a few minutes of talking on the phone, made me feel that she was very unprofessional, hypocritical and vain, with poor personality and extremely low business ability.
