The community management is a nightmare. Main exits and doors are being left open by workers in the building constantly, it’s not the tenant’s responsibility to keep closing them but got an email from the main office to do so. Huge safety concerns. Packages stolen too often to count either by inhabitants or said random workers. Concerns about security and safety voiced to management and police department and NOTHING is being done. Cameras in common areas are also not being installed. Absolutely appalling.

We had not one, but three packages stolen in the mail room over the last 3 months - we find empty open boxes. There is either a resident stealing the package’s content or outsiders are entering the property with ease (by passing security). Either way, management is not doing anything about the issue and are firmly ignoring our plea to take action to help prevent theft in the future. To be clear, I’m giving a one star because of management’s lack of action and plain ignorance to the issue at hand.

I think the leasing office staff needs to be a bit more humble and adjusting, especially with apartment viewing timings. The leasing office actually turned me down and asked me to come later in the afternoon at a time of "their" choice. Well, you can keep your apartments to yourself. Thank you!

I love my apartment. It feel like a home. It is cozy, safe and comfortable. The management is excellent and very professional, while still being friendly. The maintenance men are also excellent, and very professional, while still being friendly. I hope to live here for a long time. The new paint, in the halls, look great and the new carpet make such a difference. Looks very nice Very satisfied with Courtyard Off Main..
