when we visited to see available apartment for rent, we were treated shabbily or rather ignored by leasing office person. even though she was sitting in leasing office and knew some people have come in the leasing office, she didn't even bother to come out and talk. After waiting for 10 minutes unattended I went in and asked "should we wait Or leave? " Prompt came the reply "please wait outside." the staff is ill mannered and certainly unprofessional. --This was after I had an *confirmed appointment* at 1:00pm on 6/11.--

My husband and I moved here from minnesota, we really were impressed with the complex and staff. We were ideal tenants paid timely and never had complaints. We had some issues with Alexis being rude fir no reason. When we had to return to Minnesota we gave notice to vacate. The apartment was thorough cleaned and left in move in condition. We were charged fir cleaning of 175 even though them cleaning was unnecessary. They were in transition for the management for rent during this time. We moved in February which the rent was paid and there management company says it has not. SPR company is treating us rudely. Overlook has submitted to them a few times this has been paid and we are due a refund. This has been very stressful and handled unprofessional. I just want it resolved. I don't I derstand the cleaning charge. So just so people understand when you move out leave a mess, they charge the same either way. So disappointing.

For my first 2 years here at Overlook at Lakemont, I had a great experience, no complaints I was in a 2x1. But since I have moved into a bigger unit here I’ve noticed that I’m not valued as much as I thought. My new unit had a foul odor throughout the whole house including the outdated washer and dryer. I asked management if I could just use my previous washer & dryer from my last unit I lived in for 2 YEARS and they said no. I asked if I’m able to rent an up to date washer and dryer and they still said no. So now I’m left with a washer that has no place to put my fabric softener or bleach and it reeks of something I can’t even explain. I also had a remote to my ceiling fan in my old unit now in my larger unit there’s no remote. Stains on my mirror that maintenance ignored as well as my stove clock lights going out. I can’t even read the time. The list goes on with my issues in my new larger unit. I had high hopes for overlook but I don’t think I will be staying another year here.

I have been living here for a few years and I absolutely love my home! The layout and overall look of my home doesn't feel like I am apartment living at all. The interactions I've had with my neighbors were always positive and the girls in the office are very helpful. Josselyn and Veronica have always been good at following up, answering all of my difficult questions and being a friendly face. At my previous apartments, it definitely felt like a business interaction with the office workers. But that is not the case here! I have always felt welcomed and invited, thank you Overlook! I would give you more stars if I could :)

A: Our community offers a 24-hour gym, dog park, 2 resort style pools, outdoor pizza oven, air hockey table, bike repair station, fire pit, 2 playgrounds, billiards table, shuffle board table, pet wash station, bocce ball court, clubhouse and is surrounded by 22 miles of hiking trails.
A: The closest bus route is 1 mile down the road. Route 823 and 271.
A: We in the Issaquah School district. The elementary school is Sunset Elementary, the middle school is Pacific Cascade and the high school is Issaquah High School.
A: Parking is open first-come first-serve. We also offer rentable carports, detached garages and attached garages for monthly fee. We have a program called parking boss which requires a decal; the decal requires a one time fee. Each apartment is allowed one car per adult on the lease.
