The Factoria store has definitely deteriorated. I go to the Eastgate branch and only go to Factoria if I am in the vicinity for candy which is usually empty boxes. No one greets you when you enter and no one cares if you leave. They never ask if you want to sign in for the rewards program. The pharmacy is staffed with people who can not give you the proper service you deserve as a human being. I am not a dog!!! It's time to revamp the store and get a new manager that cares and wants customers. Obviously this manager doesn't.

They must have new owners, not like the last ones were great. Went in there today and the lady at the checkout acted like it was a bother to check me out. I will never ever ever go back there again. It just seems to get worse and worse

Called twice for a prescription and both times they said they didn't have it only to be find out a week later that it was there and filled from day 1. Two different employees told me they didn't have the it so they need to re-evaluate their system because this has caused me a lot of distress.
