As a former medical tech, I have tons of sympathy for Primary Care centers. They're overworked, underpaid, and understaffed across the board. However, I don't think I've ever seen physicians so agitated overall. Not sure what's going on here but I don't think I can in good faith recommend coming here to people for care

Worst patient care I have ever received in my life! I was 10 mins late for my appointment because of traffic so I do realize the rocky start was entirely because of this. Instead of the front desk being understanding, they much would rather cancel my appointment which the receptionist tried to do until the nurse cut her off and said it was ok as I spoke with him on the phone on my way to the appt. We skipped the 10 min wait filling out preliminary paperwork and he seated strait into the room. When the Dr came in the first thing she said to me was “Since you were late today we only have time to touch on one thing so if you have more than one issue going on you will have to re schedule.” I believe this was totally rude and inconsiderate. It made me feel like a burden and felt I was going to be rushed. Patient care is not their primary concern. I was dealing with edema which is swelling/inflammation of the lower legs and in some cases can be very serious. Sure enough I was rushed out and told to try compression socks basically got a boot to the butt to go to the next room to get blood work. It all happened so fast and I was so put off by the initial rudeness seemed I wasn’t really diagnosed properly or was given a solution to remedy my symptoms aside from compression socks. Been trying to call to ask the Dr one single question and have been getting the run around. Was told I had to set up another appt just to ask a question. I am currently trying to find a new primary clinic I can go to where the staff has compassion, empathy, and actually cares to help their patients because this place I can tell you 100% is not it. Staff is not warm and welcoming the receptionist are rude uninterested just a broken bridge to the nurses and Drs. The only bright part of my entire experience was the black gentleman nurse who was warm, welcoming, and saved me from spending 100$ for nothing because I was 10 mins late. I would not recommend this place if you’re seeking healthcare.

(Under Alias). This clinic is just bad. The receptionists clearly hate their jobs, you can see it in the way that they treat people. The doctors are the type that are more proud of their medical degrees than actual jobs. It’s rushed and no one even takes 30 seconds to make you feel comfortable. Oh, and let’s not mention how many times my appointment has been messed up and I’ve gotten a warning just 10 minutes in advance (sometimes just 2 minutes in advance) because reception can’t be bothered to do their job and confirm things ahead of time whether or not the right doctor will be in. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

First time patient and my experience was amazing. A nice woman greeted me at intake (sorry forgot her name) and Sabrina was funny and engaging as she took my vitals. Dr. Tastet was polite, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in everything related to my wellness so I am appreciative of that extra bit of care. This is actually further away than other UW locations by my home but I needed an immediate appointment and I'm glad I made the trip out this way. I'll be back :)
