I live in Oakville Ont Canada and bought our Beachcomber hot tub from owner Ron in 2007. He has repaired and serviced it a few times over the years and drove to Ellicottville to do such. I would heartily recommend his firm as they are fair and honest. Sadly I just sold the chalet this June 2021 as am older but am recommending that the new owners use Ron in a heartbeat. I should have given him a key to the place years ago but never got around to it. Totally trustworthy.

Replacement liners run around $500 and installatio which is handled by a separate company runs around $600.

There are many different pools available, and different packages available. You really have to shop around and try to compare apples to apples. Some dealers include more and/or better quality products in their packages than what other dealers include. The old saying "you get what you pay for" rings true here.
I have an 11k pool n I put in 2oz of algaecide so I would say 3-4oz of algaecide for yours. As far as chlorine goes I put in half a cup for maintenance purposes. For your pool almost double.
