I had a TSA PreCheck 10 am appointment and my husband and I arrived ten minutes early. The waiting room was full and there was no one at the front desk and no place to sign in. A woman came out of an office and we told her we had an appointment and asked if we should sign in. She told us that the receptionist wasn't there, not answering our question. We asked her if we would still be seen at 10 am or thereabouts and she motioned to the other people waiting and indicated they would be seen first. We had no way of knowing whether they had appointments as we did, or how long they had been waiting, since there was no sign in sheet. We left. I just flew recently and the TSA line was run infinitely more efficiently than this place.

Even if you have appointment and arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time you will still have to wait for your turn. Average wait time is 1hr.

just called 844-321-2124 - after going thru numerous questions - I got a representative to talk with !
They told me that nothing whatsoever is recorded when they do prints (fingerprint cards), so you would have to check with them to see if anything has changed in the last year.
