I used to work for Burd Home Health and had a great experience with Rodney. I don't like the fact that now caregivers can now clock in through community and not really be with the client with or without the clients permission. This to me is a violation of services. A stricter code or better location method should be put in place for caregivers to fulfill their duties so this system doesn't get taken advantage of.

Hi Elizabeth. That is a great question. Burd Home Health does pay overtime in certain cases and this overtime may occur on a holiday. For purposes of holiday pay, we do not increase normal rates of pay during holidays because Medicaid reimbursement does not account for holiday pay.
Can you get me client
Hi Dawn. At this time we do not offer health insurance to the caregivers. We do offer competitive rates of $12+ and overtime.
Hi Felicia. As a fiscal intermediary, we are unable to hire our own HHA's. However, we do work with many families that are looking to hire their own personal care attendant for CDPAP. Feel free to call us at 833-447-3326 to be put on a list for families to consider hiring. You can also fill out a form on our website at www.burdhomehealth.com. Thanks!
They mail it out and it's also available on the paylocity app
