I would give 1 star but I usually have good experiences with this place. But today I brought my nephew in for testing and the phlebotomist in room #3 told him “you’re supposed to have a parent or guardian with you” and he told her “yeah that’s my aunt” she looked me up and down and said “that doesn’t work” and turned us away. I called customer support and told them what Happened and they told me that that was not okay for her to do and escalated this to the supervisors offices. I’m short and definitely look young with a mask on so I’m 90% sure I was turned away based on appearance and that is not okay with me. To the phlebotomist who turned me away with an attitude, do better. To the higher ups who handled this well and were kind, thank you.

I was sent to this location from another Quest location who apparently didn't have the tubes for the type of test I needed (why they didn't inform me of that prior to my appointment, not sure). Even though I was seen as a walk-in, they got me in right away and the staff here is so friendly! It's a comfortable and clean facility too. I am very squeamish about blood and veins, and in fact I passed out during my first blood draw, but the staff rushed into action to get me a cold compress and make sure I was okay. I don't think I'll be scared of blood draws anymore. Thanks Quest!
