Terrible property management company. A sprinkler burst over 7 months ago and they still have not yet to come by to fix the walls and remove the pieces of wall that are still just laying around. Being bad at property management is what Brink does best! No care for the tenants in their properties. They only get one star because I have to make at least a single star selection.

I have been renting an apartment managed by Brink for three years, and could not have been a happier tenant. Everyone from leasing agent Greg Gallo to property manager Syndie Donovan have been very professional and quick to respond to any of my concerns or maintenance requests. Whenever I need to look for another rental, properties managed by Brink will always be first on my list.

I highly recommend Brink Property Management. I have moved 7 times in the past 10 years so I have quite a range of experience with rental companies and property management companies. I can tell you without hesitation BPM is a quality organization you can trust. My first experience with Gregg touring the home (he actually met me twice as I wanted to see it at night and during the day) was great. My continuing experience with Deborah and her team was also fantastic. She was responsive, professional, patient and reassuring. She answered my endless emails and questions without hesitation (Thanks, Deborah!). I just moved in but so far it has gone very well.

I have been with Brink Property Management for a long time. They have provided excellent management services for us. All the managers are very responsive, easy to work with. We like to do some maintenance by ourselves and they are very flexible on that. We can also completely hands off and let them take care of all the repairs. They do excellent job of choosing the right tenants so we haven't had any troubles for the last 15 years. This summer Cathy, the property manger, needed to help me to lease out two rentals. She had several houses need to take care of too. But somehow she managed to remember all the details of my two houses and never mixed them out. She is very thorough and organized. We really appreciate her service.

Questions & Answers

How do I get ANYONE to answer an email or a phone call??? This place is horrible and preventing me from finding new housing as I am unable to get in contact with them to prove my last year of residency in one of their rentals.

Hi Angella, I have responded to your inquiry through several other channels. However, to address it here as well: all of your inquiries and the resident verification was responded to within hours of receiving dating back at least 6mo based on my review. Our line of work requires a significant amount of driving, field work, appointments, etc. and we encourage all communication via email to ensure the promptest response and a written record. Will Brink property management do a hard pull of our credit report OR a soft pull?

Hi Vishnu, Thank you for your question. We process applications via 3rd party to support fair and objective screening. In the past, this kind of credit check was considered a hard pull. About a month ago, the screening company received a letter from the Credit Bureau that they have reclassified our entire industry to be considered a soft pull on credit. This is believed to be the case today as the screening company no longer shows up on the report as an inquiry.
