So far my experience has been great. The apt is safe and has huge spaces when compared to Bellevue area apartments. It's a little secluded but very near to beautiful lake fronts in Kirkland. One big advantage is safety because I don't see trespassers in the building and the maintenance is good

I've been here since 2018. This place is going down. The new people that are moving in are not the type of people we had in the community in the past and it's loud, disruptive and annoying. Also Management has changed 3 times since I've been here. the 2nd manager was amazing. I wish she'd come back.

Have been lived at Cedar Terrace for the last 2 years. I had a great experience! The place is very private and 5 mins driving away from Bellevue downtown. Big living area and nice price comparing with some other apartment complex in this area. The maintenance team and community manager are very responsive and awesome!

The apartments look and feel dated, but I fell in love with the location and community. Parking was a huge issue, as it is in every apartment in Bellevue, and the complex doesn't offer at least one free covered spot with each unit, which would alleviate that situation greatly. I can't tell you how often I'd see people struggling to find a parking spot while half of the covered ones were never occupied. Aside from that, has a fantastic picnic area, a really pretty trail from the upper complex to the lower, and easy access to the cross Kirkland walking trail, making this apartment great for dog owners. It isn't luxurious by any means, but it was comfortable.
