Management responds promptly to queries. Very smooth move in and move out process. Sound isolation is very good between the hall and bedrooms. We stayed in the top floor (second), and the below neighbors never complained about any sound, despite playing music at a good volume. Old apartments with lower prices. Nothing much to say about the amenities, the pool was not maintained during our stay.

Fix your phone service/Community office. No one is available anytime at all after moving in. The pool seemed awfully dirty and I wanted to speak about when it was going to be cleaned. So frustrating to not have any means to talk to anyone.

Calm and serene apartment community.. community manager Debbie is gem of a person, she leaves no stone unturned in providing the best service. My husband likes the gym, I like the swimming pool and my daughter likes the child play area. A wholesome community, a place we call home..

This is good apartment in terms of public transport access, the location, etc. Apartment has decent amenities and the maintenance is very good, and it's a very safe neighborhood

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
